Father of Mariah
Father of Mariah: He loves his wife and his daughter, but is often consumed with himself and unaware of the feelings and opinions of those around him. He is notoriously stubborn, and holds people — particularly Mariah’s boyfriends — to impossibly high standards. Mariah’s father is set in his ways, and if someone presents a threat to the comfortability of those ways, he will go out of the way to make things difficult for him. He gets particularly emotional and irrational when it concerns his daughter.
